I have partnered with Felix Zemel, Kevin Hastings and Christopher McWhite to form Municipal Code Consultants, LLC, which can provide building/fire/health/accessibility code plan review or inspection services for municipalities that wish to fill personnel or experience needs within their departments. These services are typically structured at no cost to the municipality, being paid through permit applicant fees.

Companies that have been issued a Notice of Violation or Order from an official related to fire safety regulations can retain Mr. Haagensen for expert guidance for resolving those violations.

Mr. Haagensen can assist companies that desire to have an independent review of their facility for fire code compliance without worrying that they will be issued a violation/fine, and that wish to improve relations with officials by showing a proactive stance on fire safety.
